5. Payment Terms

5.1 Course Fees

• All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• Payment is due in full before course commencement unless otherwise agreed
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other approved payment methods
• Corporate payment arrangements may be available upon request

5.2 Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days before course start date
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made 7-13 days before course start date
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start date
• Refunds are processed within 30 days of approved cancellation
• Course transfers to future dates may be permitted subject to availability

In such cases, we will provide full refunds or course transfers as appropriate.
